Project Engineer

Requirement:

• BSc degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent accreditation - Experience
• 15 years with Roads and infrastructure Contractor in a similar position. UAE experience is a plus point
• Knowledge of FIDIC, EPC, and DB conditions of contract is mandatory
• Fluency in English language
• Must be Computer literate with Primavera/MS project an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and co ordinate activities to ensure proper execution of Project/s in terms of timeframe, adherence of completed works to specification compliance, quality of material used, QA/QC and safety procedures adopted
• Oversee construction works of Project/s in accordance with the contract specifications, client and consultant instructions, work procedures, approved drawings and method statements.
• Exercise control Project's costs, scope and quality
• Handle all changes and/or varied works as instructed by the Engineer and co ordinate with supervision staff for required implementation.
• Monitor Project resources and highlight deficiencies
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with contract documents and highlight any construction and/or financial problems to all concerned.
• Control, liaise with QA/QC Manager/Engineer and direct the quality assurance and quality control of the works to be carried out as per Project's contract quality objectives and requirements
• Check, advise and direct Master Programme activities with tracking of critical path and project milestones
• Follow up material submissions, approvals and procurement schedules
• iaise with Consultants Project Management Team to ensure all progressive works are will coordinated
• Demonstrate Leadership, mentoring and team-building skills in order to motivate Company operatives to achieve results with performance related outputs.
• Initiate regular meetings and delegate responsibilities with regular follow up on action plans agreed with timeframes of conclusion.

Sales Engineers (For Diesel Generator Division)

To be considered for these challenging positions, the candidates should be an Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical), with at least 4 -5 years experience in Sales / Rental of Diesel Generators. The key responsibilities would include identifying specific business opportunities, gaining new business & growing market share, building Customer relationships & coordinating after sales service

Should have experience working in UAE / other GCC Countries and Should have valid UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic would be a distinct advantage.

Sales Executives (For Oil Division)

The candidates should be Graduates (Preferably with post graduate qualification in marketing) with 6-8 years experience in Sales /Marketing of Petroleum Products preferably Diesel.

Should have experience working in UAE / other GCC Countries and Should have valid UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic would be a distinct advantage.
