Zenath General Land Transport started operations in 1997 with tippers and trailers to support waste collection internally. In 1999, it had 30 equipments available for hire and today it has increased its capacity to 300 and is still growing. The division is also involved in activities such as earthworks and leasing of equipment and machinery like loaders, excavators, cranes, flat trailers and tippers.

The varied types of equipments leased are loaders, excavators, cranes, flat trailers and tippers. All their machines are emission free machines which are operated by certified operators.  Some of the chief projects executed include excavations of 18000 cubic metres per day. The biggest excavation ever done by Zenath, 2.1 million cubic metres is on going for the extension of Business Bay Creek. 1.8 million Cubic metre of excavation is completed for the entire Jumeriah lake Towers car parks and 24 meter deep excavation completed for the Princess Tower, the world’s tallest residential tower in Dubai.

Today, Zenath General Land Transport has the capacity to do 30,000 cubic metres per day with the help of its dedicated workforce. This division serves as a one stop solution for all the major construction needs.
