Zenath Metal Industries was initially started under the name of Al Farea Trading in 1996. In 2005, it became a part of the Zenath. A professional engineering unit of Zenath Recycling and Waste Management Company, this division specializes in manufacturing garbage chute. It provides an easy alternative to dispose garbage.

The division undertakes manufacturing, installation and maintenance of garbage chute systems in commercial and residential buildings, besides hotels and hospitals in the UAE. The pipes are installed from the top floor to the ground floor of each building. On the ground floor, there is a provision for a container to collect the garbage. The containers provided are compact and easy to use.

Care is taken to ensure that there is no foul odour being emitted by the chute by installing an exhaust fan within the garbage room. Safety precautions are also looked into to prevent children from entering the garbage room by making doors of a specified height. These chutes are sound-proof and controlled by remote control panels. They close automatically in case of accidental fires. To reduce the amount of garbage in these chutes, a compactor is also provided. The Garbage chutes are manufactured in a factory at Al Quoz by using stainless steel as per the specifications given by construction sites.

The Division has an excellent after-sales service team which ensures prompt service. The division also manufactures aluminium sheds for offices, labour camps and car parks, besides marketing of galvanized metal trolleys which are manufactured in Europe.

Some of the renowned projects undertaken by them include the towers of Jumeirah Beach Residences, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Old Town site, Burj Bubai and Ali Yacoob Building, Dubai Mall, the biggest mall in the world, and some of the tallest buildings in Sharjah. Several prestigious buildings in RAK and Abu Dhabi are also handled by the division.
